Downtown Louisville, Which Handbook Includes General Standards And Guidelines For <br />All Development Projects In Downtown Louisville; And Amending Various Provisions <br />Of Title 15 And Title 17 Of The Louisville Municipal Code To Incorporate The Design <br />Handbook For Downtown Louisville Into The City's Building, Zoning And Planned Unit <br />Development Regulations. <br /> <br />Davidson explained that the Planning Commission has not yet reviewed the Ordinance, <br />therefore, it also needs to be continued to April 6, 1999. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council continue Ordinance No. 1293, Series 1998 - An Ordinance <br />Approving And Adopting The Design Handbook For Downtown Louisville, Which <br />Handbook Includes General Standards And Guidelines For All Development Projects In <br />Downtown Louisville; And Amending Various Provisions Of Title 15 And Title 17 Of <br />The Louisville Municipal Code To Incorporate The Design Handbook For Downtown <br />Louisville Into The City's Building, Zoning And Planned Unit Development Regulations <br />to the April 6, 1999, City Council meeting, seconded by Keany. <br /> <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />Mayer suggested that Council consider whether or not they want the same guidelines, <br />parking ratios, etc., on either side of the railroad tracks. He stated that the development <br />on the east side of the railroad tracks is very different than that on the west side. He <br />suggested that the Planning Commission consider this at their public hearing, including a <br />separate comprehensive plan for the east side of the tracks. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1294 SERIES 1999 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 <br />OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO SET A MAXIMUM FLOOR <br />AREA RATIO WITHIN "DOWNTOWN LOUISVILLE" AS DEFINED HEREIN - <br />public hearing (advertised Daily Camera 2/21/99) - recommend continuance to <br />4/6/99 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, read by title only, Ordinance no. 1294 series 1999 - an <br />ordinance amending title 17 of the Louisville municipal code to set a maximum floor area <br />ratio within "downtown Louisville" as defined herein. <br /> <br />Davidson explained that the Planning Commission has not yet reviewed this Ordinance, <br />therefore, it also needs to be continued to April 6, 1999. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council continue Ordinance No. 1294 Series 1999 - An Ordinance <br />Amending Title 17 Of The Louisville Municipal Code To Set A Maximum Floor Area <br />Ratio Within "Downtown Louisville" As Defined Herein to the April 6, 1999, City <br />Council meeting, seconded by Sisk. <br /> <br /> <br />
