Election results <br />- Thomas Mulvahill as Chairperson and Cecilia Wilson as Vice-Chairperson. <br />B. 2005 Annual Report <br />Attorney Light reminded the Authority their governing ordinance requires filing of <br />an annual report with City Council concerning actions taken in the previous year. <br />Attorney Light had some suggestions for wording changes to the report. Lipton <br />moved the Authority accept the 2005 Annual Report with the changes suggested <br />by the City Attorney. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger - yes, <br />Wilson - yes, Lipton - yes, Koertje - yes and Mulvahill - yes. 2005 Annual <br />Report approved with changes. <br />C. Designation of Posting Places for Posting Notices for Public Meetings <br />Attorney Light addressed Authority members with a reminder of State Statutes <br />requirement for public bodies to designate annually the places of posting for <br />public meetings. He also reported the City Charter has a provision requiring <br />posting in at least four locations. Rommelfanger moved the Authority designate <br />the posting places for the Local Licensing Authority as the lobby of City Hall, the <br />Library, the Recreation Center and the foyer of the Police/Court Building. Wilson <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Wilson - yes, Lipton - <br />yes and Rommelfanger - yes. <br />Mulvahill noted the licensee for Item VI- D had not arrived yet, so suggested the <br />Authority move on to the next item. <br />E. New License Application - Set Boundaries of the Neighborhood and <br />Public Hearing - Camnhu LLC d/b/a Kyashii Sushi - Hotel and <br />Restaurant Liquor License - 1148 West Dillon Road #6 <br />Wilson moved the Authority establish the boundaries of the neighborhood as the <br />city limits of the City of Louisville and set the public hearing for Kyashii Sushi for <br />Monday, February 27,2006 at 7:00 PM. Koertje seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Lipton - yes, Wilson - yes, Rommelfanger - yes, Mulvahill - yes and Koertje - <br />yes. <br />D. Show Cause Hearing - Maharaja I, Inc. d/b/a Maharaja Cuisine of India <br />- Hotel and Restaurant License - 1132 W. Dillon Road <br />Vice-Chair Mulvahill noted Special Prosecutor Stefan Fredricksmeyer was in <br />attendance and the licensee was present. Zuned Khan, husband of Suhena <br />Khatun, licensee entered his name for the record. Chairperson Mulvahill opened <br />the hearing. Mr. Fredricksmeyer reminded the Authority the licensee had <br />submitted checks to the City Finance Department for the sales tax owed on <br />Monday, November 21, 2005 and the hearing had been continued from the last <br />Authority meeting to determine if those checks had cleared the bank. <br />Fredricksmeyer reported he checked with the City's Sales Tax Coordinator <br />Penney Bolte and was told the checks cleared and the licensee is current with <br />
