Renewal Application - Coal Creek Golf Course - Hotel and Restaurant <br />Liquor License w/ Optional Premises - 585 W. Dillon Road <br />Mulvahill called for any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Rommelfanger - yes, Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Lipton - yes and Wilson - <br />yes. Consent agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Public Hearing - New License Application- Camnhu LLC d/b/a Kyashii <br />Sushi - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License -1148 West Dillon Road #6 <br />Mulvahill opened the public hearing on the new license application. Secretary <br />Hanson stated the application was complete and included in the Authority packet. <br />Fingerprinting revealed no criminal history and the hearing had been posted and <br />published in accordance with state law. <br />No objections were entered to having the boundaries of the neighborhood be the <br />city limits of the City of Louisville. Mulvahill moved the entire application as <br />contained in the Authority packets be made a part of the record of this hearing. <br />Wilson seconded. All in favor. <br />Quynhnhu Tran, 8053 Decatur St., Westminster, CO 80031 entered her name <br />for the record and was given the oath by Secretary Hanson. The Authority <br />members questioned Ms. Tran about storage of the liquor, the type of drinks she <br />would be serving, her training concerning liquor laws and whether the <br />establishment was now open. Ms. Tran reported the liquor would be behind the <br />bar or in a walk-in cooler, she would just be serving beer and wine for now but <br />wants to later serve mixed drinks. She spoke of not serving any person under <br />twenty-one years of age, checking identification and said the establishment <br />opened on February 23rd. The Authority members encouraged Ms. Tran to take <br />advantage of the seller/server training offered by the Police Department. Ms. <br />Tran thanked the Authority. <br />
