Renewal Application - Castellino Corp. d/b/a Via Toscana - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 356 S. McCaslin Blvd. D. Renewal Application - Residence Inn by Marriott - Louisville - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 845 Coal Creek Circle E. Special Events Permit - Louisville Downtown Business Association - St. Patrick's Day Celebration - Steinbaugh Pavilion - 824 Front St. F. Renewal Application - Coal Creek Golf Course - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License w/ Optional Premises - 585 W. Dillon Road Mulvahill called for any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the consent agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger - yes, Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes, Lipton - yes and Wilson - yes. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. Public Hearing - New License Application- Camnhu LLC d/b/a Kyashii Sushi - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License -1148 West Dillon Road #6 Mulvahill opened the public hearing on the new license application. Secretary Hanson stated the application was complete and included in the Authority packet. Fingerprinting revealed no criminal history and the hearing had been posted and published in accordance with state law. No objections were entered to having the boundaries of the neighborhood be the city limits of the City of Louisville. Mulvahill moved the entire application as contained in the Authority packets be made a part of the record of this hearing. Wilson seconded. All in favor. Quynhnhu Tran, 8053 Decatur St., Westminster, CO 80031 entered her name for the record and was given the oath by Secretary Hanson. The Authority members questioned Ms. Tran about storage of the liquor, the type of drinks she would be serving, her training concerning liquor laws and whether the establishment was now open. Ms. Tran reported the liquor would be behind the bar or in a walk-in cooler, she would just be serving beer and wine for now but wants to later serve mixed drinks. She spoke of not serving any person under twenty-one years of age, checking identification and said the establishment opened on February 23rd. The Authority members encouraged Ms. Tran to take advantage of the seller/server training offered by the Police Department. Ms. Tran thanked the Authority.
