Renewal Application -Isidro Gonzalez, Inc. d/b/a Old Santa Fe Mexican Grill - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 994 Dillon Road G. Renewal Application - Marsco, LLC d/b/a The Huckleberry - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 700 Main St. -~ H. Renewal Application - Diamond Shamrock #0652 - 3.2 Percent Beer Retail License (Off Premises) - 1135 South Boulder Road Mulvahill called for any changes to the consent agenda. Secretary Hanson asked to remove Item F for discussion under Authority Business. Mulvahill moved Item F be removed from the Consent Agenda and moved to Authority Business. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Wilson - yes, Mulvahill - yes, Rommelfanger - yes and Carlson - yes. Rommelfanger moved the consent agenda be approved as amended. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger - yes, Mulvahill - yes, Wilson - yes and Carlson - yes. Consent agenda approved as amended. Authority Business A. Special Events Permit Application - Louisville Downtown Business Association - Downtown Street Faire Arlin Lehman, President of the Downtown Business Association, was present to speak to the Authority concerning proposed changes to the premises for the handling of alcohol at the Street Faire. His proposal would allow participants to carry their beverages around the Faire and not be confined to just a small area in the pavilion. He reported he had spoken to Sergeant Lanphere and had gotten his approval of the plan. The Authority asked some questions concerning monitoring and liability. Rommelfanger moved the Authority approve the Special Events Permit for the Louisville Downtown Business Association for the Summer Street Faire dates. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Carlson - yes, Rommelfanger - yes, Wilson - yes and Mulvahill - yes. Motion carries. B. Show Cause Hearing - The Back Room Brewery, Inc. d/b/a The Back Room - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 328 S. McCaslin Blvd. - 1/28/06 Incident Chairperson Mulvahill opened the show cause hearing. Stefan Fredricksmeyer, Special Prosecutor for the Licensing Authority and Thomas Newman, owner of The Back Room introduced themselves to the Authority. Mulvahill confirmed Mr. Newman was representing himself in this matter. Mulvahill moved the items in
