Rommelfanger moved <br />the consent agenda be approved. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Rommelfanger - yes, Mulvahill - yes, Koertje - yes and Lipton - yes. Consent <br />agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />None <br />Police Department Reports <br />A. Incident Report - Union Jack Liquors - 7/31/06 <br />This incident concerned a party who tried to purchase liquor, was refused, got <br />into his vehicle to drive off and the clerk from the establishment helped stop him. <br />The Authority discussion centered on the fact the establishment did the right <br />thing and they asked Secretary Hanson to send a letter thanking them. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Hanson reported she had administratively issued a Special Events Permit to The <br />American Legion for a Labor Day event. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />Nothing to report. <br />Authority Comment <br />None. <br />Adjournment - Koertje moved to adjourn at 7:06 p.m. Lipton seconded.
