Wilson moved the <br />consent agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: <br />Rommelfanger - yes, Wilson - yes, Koertje - yes, Mulvahill - yes and Lipton - <br />yes. Consent agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />None <br />Police Department Reports <br />A. Incident Report- Henry's -10/7/06 <br />This incident involved the police responding to a parking lot near Henry's on a <br />report of an assault. Rommelfanger moved the Authority set this for a show <br />cause hearing on January 22, 2007 and give Attorney Light authority to appoint a <br />special prosecutor. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton - yes, Koertje - <br />yes, Wilson - yes, Mulvahill - yes and Rommelfanger - yes. <br />B. Incident Report - The Back Room - 10/26/06 <br />This incident involves a response by the Police Department to a report of a <br />possible vehicle accident. Discussion centered on whether or not there were any <br />additional reports or if the video surveillance was available. Staff was asked to <br />double check on those items. Lipton moved the Authority table this item until the <br />next meeting. Rommelfanger seconded. All in favor. <br />Secretary's Report <br />Authority Secretary Hanson reported on the attendees at the last seller/server <br />training held in Lafayette on November 19, 2006. Twenty six people attended <br />with eleven of those being from Louisville establishments. Hanson prompted <br />discussion on whether or not the Authority would be holding a meeting in <br />December. A decision was made to hold the next meeting on January 22,2007. <br />Authority Attorney's Report <br />No report. <br />
