Renewal Application/Tastings Permit - Carli Enterprises LLC d/b/a Centennial Wine & Spirits - Retail Liquor Store License - 324 S. McCaslin Blvd. G. Manager Registration - Brinker Restaurant Corporation d/b/a Chili's Grill & Bar - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 585 McCaslin Blvd. Mulvahill called for any changes to the consent agenda. Wilson moved the consent agenda be approved. Rommelfanger seconded. Roll Call Vote: Rommelfanger - yes, Wilson - yes, Koertje - yes, Mulvahill - yes and Lipton - yes. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business None Police Department Reports A. Incident Report- Henry's -10/7/06 This incident involved the police responding to a parking lot near Henry's on a report of an assault. Rommelfanger moved the Authority set this for a show cause hearing on January 22, 2007 and give Attorney Light authority to appoint a special prosecutor. Mulvahill seconded. Roll Call Vote: Lipton - yes, Koertje - yes, Wilson - yes, Mulvahill - yes and Rommelfanger - yes. B. Incident Report - The Back Room - 10/26/06 This incident involves a response by the Police Department to a report of a possible vehicle accident. Discussion centered on whether or not there were any additional reports or if the video surveillance was available. Staff was asked to double check on those items. Lipton moved the Authority table this item until the next meeting. Rommelfanger seconded. All in favor. Secretary's Report Authority Secretary Hanson reported on the attendees at the last seller/server training held in Lafayette on November 19, 2006. Twenty six people attended with eleven of those being from Louisville establishments. Hanson prompted discussion on whether or not the Authority would be holding a meeting in December. A decision was made to hold the next meeting on January 22,2007. Authority Attorney's Report No report.
