Roll call vote was <br /> taken. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. <br /> HOYLE PROPERTY <br /> DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - DRAFT HOYLE PROPERTY AMENDMENT TO <br /> SOUTHEAST BOULDER COUNTY, SOUTH 96TH STREET DILLON ROAD <br /> AND US 287 AREA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> ORDINANCE No. 1456, SER.IES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING <br /> PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE HOYLE PROPERTY - 2nd reading - public <br /> hearing <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> City Attorney Light reviewed Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 and explained he <br /> had received email from Mr. Lopez, the Hoyle family attorney, agreeing to a <br /> continuance to December 5, 2006. Staff recommended City Council pass a <br /> motion continuing the public hearing to December 5, 2006. <br /> MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to continue Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 to <br /> the December 5,2006 meeting, seconded by Council member Marsella. All in <br /> favor. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 47, SERIES 2006 - A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2006 <br /> BUDGET BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE SPECIAL REVENUE <br /> FUND - PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> Finance Director Leslie explained Resolution No. 47, Series 2006 authorizes an <br /> amendment to the 2006 budget to appropriate fund expenditures in the Special <br /> Revenue Fund - Public Access Television.
