Roll call vote was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 7-0. HOYLE PROPERTY DISCUSSION/DIRECTION - DRAFT HOYLE PROPERTY AMENDMENT TO SOUTHEAST BOULDER COUNTY, SOUTH 96TH STREET DILLON ROAD AND US 287 AREA COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLAN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT ORDINANCE No. 1456, SER.IES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE HOYLE PROPERTY - 2nd reading - public hearing Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. City Attorney Light reviewed Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 and explained he had received email from Mr. Lopez, the Hoyle family attorney, agreeing to a continuance to December 5, 2006. Staff recommended City Council pass a motion continuing the public hearing to December 5, 2006. MOTION: Mayor Sisk moved to continue Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004 to the December 5,2006 meeting, seconded by Council member Marsella. All in favor. RESOLUTION No. 47, SERIES 2006 - A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2006 BUDGET BY INCREASING APPROPRIATIONS IN THE SPECIAL REVENUE FUND - PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. Finance Director Leslie explained Resolution No. 47, Series 2006 authorizes an amendment to the 2006 budget to appropriate fund expenditures in the Special Revenue Fund - Public Access Television. The revenues in this fund include a grant from Comcast of $50,000 and PEG Funds of $80,000.
