He asked for clarification of the <br /> good will concept. <br /> City Attorney Light explained there is no guarantee that under this urban renewal <br /> plan there will be a relocation program, <br /> Michael Menaker, 1827 W. Choke Cherry Dr., Louisville, CO spoke in favor of the <br /> urban renewal plan. He noted earlier he did not support the plan. He stated his <br /> understanding of the concern of spending public money on private development, <br /> however felt private development brings public benefit. <br /> Don Atwood, 298 W. Taft Ct., Louisville, CO congratulated the Louisville <br /> Revitalization Commission and Mayor Sisk for their work on the Urban Renewal <br /> Plan. He did not support the urban renewal plan and felt FasT racks would <br /> provide incentive for renewal of the area. <br /> Mike Frontczak, 643 Fairfield Way, Louisville, CO spoke in favor of the Louisville <br /> Revitalization Commission, and notE~d the need for a system to be put in place to <br /> attract business. <br /> Susan Morris, 939 W. Maple Ct., Louisville, CO thanked everyone for the time <br /> spent on the urban renewal plan. She expressed concerns for the area around <br /> the railroad tracks and felt the approval of FasTracks will provide the <br /> revitalization of the area. She expressed concerns about the Tax Increment <br /> Financing. <br /> Kathy Valentine, 1101 Grant Ave., L.ouisville, CO expressed her confusion over <br /> the proposed urban renewal plan. She urged Council to vote against it. <br /> John Leary, 1116 LaFarge Avenue, Louisville, CO asked if the urban renewal <br /> plan meets the needs of the City of Louisville. He concluded the plan does not <br /> meet the City's needs. He stated it did not meet it fiscally, nor did it compliment <br /> the downtown area. <br /> Jay Keany, 1488 Wilson Place, Louisville, CO speaking on behalf of the <br /> Downtown Business Association and himself, voiced support of the urban <br /> renewal plan. <br /> Gary Baxley, 319 W. Hawthorn Court, Louisville, CO addressed the conditions <br /> survey. He urged the Council not declare blight in any part of Louisville and not <br /> to proceed with the urban renewal plan. <br />
