RESOLUTION NO. 60 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br />ANNUAL APPROPRIATION RESOLUTION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1, 1999 AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1999 FOR THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted the annual budget for the 1999 budget year <br />and it is necessary to appropriate the revenues provided in the budget to and for the purposes <br />described below. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That out of the estimated revenues to be derived from all sources, as set forth in <br />the 1999 budget, to be received into the funds listed below, which together with estimated cash <br />on hand on January 1, 1999, make a total of estimated revenues and cash, there is hereby <br />appropriated to each such fund for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 1999, the amount listed as <br />follows: <br /> <br />General Fund <br />McCaslin Interchange Improvement Fund <br />Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Fund <br />Conservation Trust-Lottery Fund <br />Capital Projects Fund <br />Water Utility Fund <br />Sewer Utility Fund <br />Golf Course Fund <br />Technology Management Fund <br />Fleet Management Fund <br />Self Insurance Fund <br /> <br />$11,022,178 <br /> <br /> 1,615,751 <br /> 177,000 <br /> 5,401,331 <br /> 4,087,641 <br /> 4,858,704 <br /> 1,788,505 <br /> <br /> 100,000 <br /> 84,734 <br /> <br />Total 1999 Appropriation <br /> <br />$29.158.344 <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1998. <br /> <br />Tom Davidson, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
