That wall-mounted light fixtures are reduced to be consistent in number with that shown <br />on the architectural elevations 'with wattage limited to a maximum of 70 and clearly <br />indicated on the photometric plan; <br />That the lights on the pedestrian bridge are bollard-style fixtures installed on the inside <br />of the brick columns, with that correctly noted on the photometric site plan; <br /> <br />That the double-headed parking lot pole light in the center landscape island on Lot 1 is <br />removed with surrounding pole lights adjusted as necessary; <br /> <br />That all references to a ground sign at the main entry are removed as that will be subject <br />to later review through a PUD amendment process; and <br /> <br />All illuminated signage facing McCaslin Boulevard shall be turned off at 10 P.M. or at the <br />close of business.
