There <br />have been some changes in the Louisville Building <br />Code the City has adopted the 2020 National Electrical <br />Code as adopted by the State of Colorado. The City is <br />currently under the 2018 International Building Codes <br />(I -Codes) the 2024 I -Codes will be our next planned <br />adoption of Building Codes with the possible <br />exception of the 2021 International Energy <br />Conservation Code with Local amendments. <br />EnergySmart helps homes and businesses in all <br />Boulder County communities become more <br />comfortable and energy efficient.
