RESOLUTION NO. 8 <br />SERIES 2023 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REQUEST FOR AN <br />ELEVENTH AMENDMENT TO THE CENTENNIAL VALLEY GENERAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN'S AMENDED AND RESTATED DEVELOPMENT <br />AGREEMENT TO REVISE PERMITTED USES FOR THE PROPERTY AT 972 W <br />DILLON RD. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for approval of a request for an Eleventh Amendment to the Centennial <br />Valley General Development Plan's Amended and Restated Development Agreement; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the information submitted and found that the <br />application meets multiple city policies for diversity of commercial users and consistency <br />with the existing uses; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on April 13th, 2023, where evidence and testimony were entered <br />into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Reports <br />dated April 13th, 2023; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a request to allow a General <br />Development Plan Amendment to revise permitted uses for 972 W Dillon Rd in Parcel H <br />of the Centennial Valley General Development Plan, as listed in the Amended and <br />Restated Development Agreement. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this April 13th, 2023. <br />By: <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />Attest: <br />cY4 A 'Thihive <br />Jeff Molina, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />
