Resolution No. 17 <br />Series 2023 <br />A resolution recommending approval of a preliminary subdivision plat and <br />preliminary planned unit development (PUD) for 15 single family and 21 <br />townhome units on a 3.6 acre parcel located at 421, 533, and 565 East Street. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a preliminary plat and preliminary planned unit development (PUD) for 15 <br />single family detached and 21 townhome units on a series of unplatted properties at Tract <br />704 and 704-A in the City of Louisville (421, 533, and 565 East Street); and <br />WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the information submitted and found that <br />the application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable <br />sections of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the application at duly <br />noticed public hearings on September 14, 2023 and October 12, 2023, where evidence <br />and testimony where entered into the record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a preliminary plat and <br />preliminary planned unit development (PUD) for 15 single family detached and 21 <br />townhome units on a series of unplatted properties at Tract 704 and 704-A in the City of <br />Louisville (421, 533, and 565 East Street) <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th Day of October, 2023. <br />cY6 <br />Attest: <br />Jeff Moline, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />By: <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />
