DENIED <br /> <br />Dissaproved by City Council on October 20, 1998 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 54 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION MODIFYING A PREVIOUSLY <br /> APPROVED SPECIAL REVIEW USE AND A <br /> FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br />ST. LOUIS CATHOLIC CHURCH/SCHOOL LOCATED AT <br />901 GRANT AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been forwarded to City Council by the Planning Commission a <br />resolution modifying a previously approved Special Review Use and Final PUD Developmem <br />Plan for the St. Louis Catholic Church/School approved by Resolution No. 47, Series 1992, and <br />amended by Resolution No. 11, Series 1995; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS,such modifications to the approved Special Review Use and the Final PUD <br />Development Plan are necessary to bring the plans into compliance and to control external effects <br />resulting in an inappropriate and incompatible relationship with the immediate neighborhood; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Special Review <br />Use and the Final PUD Developmem Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval of <br />the Special Review Use and the Final PUD to the City Council with conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Special Review Use and Final PUD <br />Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That the parking management plan be revised in accordance with the recommendations of <br />the Department of Public Safety. Specifically, the plan shall be revised to extend the No <br />Parking Zone on South Street the full length of South Street and to include that portion <br />of Lincoln Avenue adjacent to the St. Louis playground. <br /> <br />That the parking management plan be modified to designate the available on street <br />parking on the east side of Grant, between South and Walnut, for use by adjoining <br />residents and property owners only. That restriction would apply 24 hours a day, seven <br />days a week. <br /> <br />The parking management plan be modified to add a note precluding the parking of staff <br />and volunteer vehicles adjacent to the church on Walnut Street. <br /> <br />4. Subject to applicant consent, the PUD shall be modified to locate and enclose an on- <br /> <br /> <br />
