LCity,/ <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />SUBJECT: <br />DATE: <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY MEMO <br />AGENDA ITEM <br />MEETING DATES 2025 <br />JANUARY 29, 2025 <br />PRESENTED BY: GENNY KLINE, AUTHORITY SECRETARY <br />SUMMARY: <br />Attached is the LLA Meeting Calendar for 2025. <br />There are three dates on the calendar that will require action by the Authority. <br />• May 26 — This is Memorial Day and the City will be closed <br />• November 24 — The week of Thanksgiving <br />• December 22 — The week of Christmas <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Authority can either move these meetings to alternate dates or the Authority <br />may choose to cancel these meetings. <br />Any action to change or cancel these dates requires a motion, second and a voice <br />vote. <br />LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY <br />
