112 City,/ <br />Om Louisville <br />CITY COUNCIL COMMUNICATION <br />AGENDA ITEM 3 <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />SUBJECT: BIENNIAL OPEN GOVERNMENT AND ETHICS TRAINING <br />DATE: MARCH 5, 2025 <br />PRESENTED BY: MEREDYTH MUTH, CITY CLERK <br />SUMMARY: <br />Section 4-16 of the Home Rule Charter states that "each Councilmember and each <br />member of a permanent board or commission shall participate in at least one City - <br />sponsored open government -related seminar, workshop or other program at least once <br />every two years.
