RESOLUTION NO. 15 <br />SERIES 2025 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGES TO THE APPROVED SIGNERS FOR <br />THE CITY'S BANKING AND FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville Council has various accounts with banking and <br />financial institutions; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council further desires to identify persons authorized as <br />signers to the City banking and financial accounts. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby authorizes (1) Ryder Bailer, Finance <br />Director, (2) Julie Glaser, Senior Accountant, and (3) Genny Kline, Interim City Clerk, as <br />authorized signers for City banking and financial accounts. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby directs the removal of any former permanent <br />or interim employees and officers previously assigned as signers to the City bank and <br />financial accounts. <br />Section 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and deliver all <br />documents necessary to effect the changes described herein. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March 2025. <br />Christopher M.
