The applicant would provide a temporary portable accessible <br />toilet outside the buildings to supplement the existing restrooms inside the building that <br />are not accessible. There is also existing lighting installed and the entryways to the <br />building for safety. <br />There are two driveway access points from Empire Road and an existing gravel parking <br />lot south of the building and delivery access east of the building. The applicant <br />proposes expanding the existing gravel parking lot to accommodate a larger drive aisle. <br />The gravel lot would accommodate approximately 10 parking spaces. There is no <br />current direct pedestrian access to the property.
