RESOLUTION NO. 3 <br />SERIES 2025 <br />A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT TO ALLOW A GROCERY STORE AND GASOLINE <br />SERVICE STATION USE AT 1171 W DILLON ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Planning Commission an <br />application for a planned unit development amendment to allow the redevelopment of an <br />existing commercial site to allow a grocery store and gasoline service station use located <br />at 1171 W Dillon Rd; Lot 5, Centennial Valley Parcel L Filing No. 1; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff have reviewed the information submitted and found that, <br />with the two requested waivers, a parking reduction, and applied conditions, the <br />application complies with the Louisville zoning regulations and other applicable sections <br />of the Louisville Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission have considered the application at a duly <br />noticed public hearing on March 13, 2025 where evidence and testimony where entered <br />into the record. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby recommend approval of a planned unit <br />development amendment to allow the redevelopment of an existing commercial site to <br />allow a grocery store and gasoline service station use at 1171 W Dillon Road. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March, 2025. <br />By: <br />Attest: <br />Cullen Choi, Secretary <br />Planning Commission <br />Steve Brauneis, Chair <br />Planning Commission <br />
