Scoring Criteria Matrix — Attached <br />1. 1-5 in each category <br />2. each board member will rank each proposal in each <br />category <br />3. we will then add the scores of all 6 board members in <br />each category to calculate final score <br />4. typically the proposals with the highest scores are <br />selected, but there is room for flexibility <br />5. example: JR notes we have 4-5 proposals going to <br />elementary schools - we may not want to select all of <br />those even if they rank highest <br />6. Reina: think about who is invited/allowed into the <br />room - we want a broad audience for inclusivity <br />7. Roger: this could factor into community relevance <br />scoring category <br />8.
