Avenue. The Historic Structure Assessment (HSA), which was completed on the property in
2024, contains the following description:
The property is cross -gabled with one gable -front facing Pine Street and the
second gable -front facing the east yard. The home has been heavily modified
over the years, with a one-story hip roof addition on the northeastern corner
between the two gable ends, a pop -top half -story hip roof addition above the
center of the home offset to the southwest, and an enclosed porch on the south
elevation.
The one-story addition was constructed prior to 1948, and the porch is believed to be enclosed
between 1948 and 1958. There is also a second -story addition which was constructed in 1985.
First -story windows appear to be original, and consist of double -hung, one -over -one wood
windows with rope and pully counterbalances. Windows on the enclosed porch and second
story are not original.
GROUND PLAN SKETCH `
noc*• .Wu••. •*o.1.1
FRONT
Photo and floor plan of 600 Pine Street from the 1948 Assessor's Card.
