The <br />total estimated cost of the project is $351,232.00 and the total requested grant amount is <br />$55,000.00, which includes the maximum amounts distributed for both the Preservation and <br />Restoration Grant and the New Construction Grant. These grants would be in addition to the <br />$5,000 signing bonus for landmarking the structure and the $4,000 grant for the Historic <br />Structure Assessment previously approved for the property. <br />14 <br />
