Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />February 13, 2025 <br />Page 8 of 8 <br />Motion to approve Resolution 2, Series 2025 with the proposed condition that accessible <br />ADUs be allowed the same proposed size increases as landmarked ADUs or ADUs that <br />are classified as affordable, with the additional allowance for accessible ADUs of a 20% <br />lot coverage increase for detached ADUs and a 25% increase for attached ADUs was <br />moved by Choi and seconded by Hunt. The motion was adopted by a vote of 7 to 0. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />None were heard. <br />STAFF COMMENTS <br />None were heard. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion to adjourn was moved by Baskett, seconded by Hunt, and adopted by voice vote. <br />The Commission adjourned at 8:59pm. <br />
