CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 41 <br />SERIES '1998 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE '1998 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES AND <br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL, THE CONSERVATION TRUST-LOTTERY, <br />THE CONSERVATION TRUST-LAND ACQUISITION, THE CAPITAL PROJECTS, <br />AND WATER UTILITY FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for appropriating additional sums of money in the General, <br />Conservation Trust-Lottery, Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition, Capital Projects, and <br />Water Utility Funds to purchase open space, a conservation easement, right-of-way <br />and water rights; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City will appropriate fund balances and transfers not appropriated at <br />the time of adoption of the budget, derived from sources other than the City's local <br />property tax mill levy, in the General, Conservation Trust-Lottery, Conservation Trust- <br />Land Acquisition, and Capital Projects Funds; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Fund will receive funds <br />transferred from the General and Conservation Trust-Lottery Funds: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />Section 1. That the 1998 General Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from <br />$9,872,705 to $10,322,705 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the 1998 Conservation Trust-Lottery Fund Appropriations are hereby <br />increased from $475,000 to $575,000 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 3. That the 1998 Conservation Trust-Land Acquisition Fund Appropriations are <br />hereby increased from $1,031,828 to $3,259,758 as provided in Appendix A, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 4. That the 1998 Capital Projects Fund Appropriations are hereby increased <br />from $4,656,202 to $4,751,827 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 5. That the 1998 Water Utility Fund Appropriations are hereby increased from <br />$7,670,193 to $7,891,193 as provided in Appendix A, attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
