15.04.020 Amendments The amendments set forth in Sections 15.04.030 through 15.04.100 are made to the Uniform Buildin~ Code, 1982 Edition. 15.04.050 Appendix adopted Appendix to Chapter 7, Covered Mall Buildings; Chpater 32, Re-roofing; Chapter 49, Patio Covers; Chapter 51, Elevators, Dumbwaiters, Escalators and Moving Walks; and Chapter 70, Excavation and Grading are hereby specifically adopted as part of the Uniform Building Code, 1982 Edition, as required by Section 103 therein. 15.04.060 Section 307 amended - Certificates of Occupancy Section 307 (a) of the Uniform Building Code, 1982 Edition, shall read as follows: No building or structure in any type of occupancy shall be used or occupied, and no change in the existing occupancy classification of a building or structure or portion thereof shall be made until the building official has issued a Certificate of Occupancy thereof as provided herein. 15.04.070 Section 1204 amended - Plumbing Facilities The following shall be added to Section 1204 of the Uniform Building Code, 1982 Edition: At the time of construction when plumbing facilities for a bathroom are provided in any floor below the 4th story/including a basement, at least one (1) egress window shall be provided for such story as required for sleeping rooms below the 4th story. 15.04.080 Section 3315 (b) amended - Minimum Isle Width Section 3315 (b) of the Uniform Building ~ode, 1982 Edition, shall read as follows: In areas serving employees only having an occupant load of 10 or less, the minimum isle width may be decreased from 36 feet to 24 feet provided the maximum length of the isle does not exceed 20 feet.
