ORDINANCE 784 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 16 AND TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO MAILING NOTICE. ~'JHE REAS , the City Council of the City of Louisville desires that proper notice be given to new property owners in the City with respect to proposed subdivisions and developments; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Section 16.04.070 of Title 16 of the Louisville - Municipal Code and Section 17.04.070 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. Section 2. The following Sections are hereby added to - Title 16 and Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 16.04.070 Notice. Unless otherwise specifically stated, whenever notice is required to be mailed under this title, said notice shall be mailed to owners of real property within 500 feet of a pro?erty line of the land included in the development proposal to be acted upon. In the event that the recipient of any such notice 1S also the developer or owner of a subdivision within the City, said developer or owner must then advise in writing all persons who have purchased property within said subdivision who are within 500 feet of the proposed development. Said notice shall describe the particulars of the notice received by the developer or owner, shall be provided up to the date scheduled for the public hearing referred to in the notice and shall be given to all persons who purchased property within the twelve months preceding the notice. 17.04.070 Notice.
