<br /> ORDINANCE 784 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 16 <br /> AND TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO <br /> MAILING NOTICE. <br /> ~'JHE REAS , the City Council of the City of Louisville desires <br /> that proper notice be given to new property owners in the City with <br /> respect to proposed subdivisions and developments; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. Section 16.04.070 of Title 16 of the Louisville <br /> - <br /> Municipal Code and Section 17.04.070 of Title 17 of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. The following Sections are hereby added to <br /> - <br /> Title 16 and Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.04.070 Notice. <br /> Unless otherwise specifically stated, whenever notice is <br /> required to be mailed under this title, said notice shall be mailed <br /> to owners of real property within 500 feet of a pro?erty line of the <br /> land included in the development proposal to be acted upon. In the <br /> event that the recipient of any such notice 1S also the developer or <br /> owner of a subdivision within the City, said developer or owner must <br /> then advise in writing all persons who have purchased property within <br /> said subdivision who are within 500 feet of the proposed development. <br /> Said notice shall describe the particulars of the notice received by <br /> the developer or owner, shall be provided up to the date scheduled for <br /> the public hearing referred to in the notice and shall be given to <br /> all persons who purchased property within the twelve months preceding <br /> the notice. <br /> 17.04.070 Notice. <br /> Unless otherwise specifically stated, whenever notice is <br /> required to be mailed under this title, said notice shall be mailed to <br /> owners of real property within 500 feet of a property line of the land <br /> included in the development proposal to be acted upon.
