flLM1252 /' '_:' ~-, ORDINANCE NO. 785 AN ORDINANCE DISCONNECTING FROM THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF SOUTH BOULDER ROAD AND ON THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE CITY OWNED BY DUANE AND JOANN EICHER. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property described below is solely owned by Duane L. and Joann C. Eicher, and that said owners have petitioned for disconnection from the City; and, THAT the property is adjacent to the boundary of the City of Louisville; and, THAT the City Council is of the opinion that the best interests of the City will not be prejudiced by the disconnection of the property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described property situated --- in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be disconnected from the City of Louisville, to-wit: A tract of land, situate in and forming a part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P . M. , particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 4 , thence East along the South line of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section, a distance of 25 feet to the true point of beginning; thence East, along the South line of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section, a distance of 330 feet; thence North, parallel to the West line of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section, a distance of 1320 feet, more or less, to the North line of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section; thence West along the North line of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section, a distance of 330 feet, and thence South parallel to the West line of said SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section, a distance of 1320 feet, more or less, to the True Point of Beginning. Section 2. That said territory shall not be included --- within the corporate boundaries as a part of said City and is hereby disconnected from the City of Louisville. =-: _.,~"f) ..
