TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE T.V. SYSTEM HITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO TO SCRIPPS-HOWARD CABLE SERVICES COMPANY. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, has previously granted to Storer Cable T.V. the authority to install and operate a cable T.V. system within the City of Louisville; and, WHEREAS, Storer Cable T.V. desires to transfer said license to Scripps-Howard Cable Services Company; and, WHEREAS, said transfer may only be accomplished by an ordinance adopted by the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OID)AINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section l. There is hereby allowed by Storer Cable T.V., Inc. , the transfer of a non-exclusive revocable license to install, operate and maintain a cable T.V. system within the City of Louisville to Scripps-Howard Cable Services Company. Said revocable license was granted to Storer Cable T.V. by Ordinance No. 698. Section 2. That granting of this license is subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in the permit agreement entered into by the City and Storer Cable T.V., Inc. and subject to the terms and conditions of the addendum to the permit agreement entered into by the City and Scripps-Howard Cable Services Company.
