RESOLUTION NO. 38 SERIES 1998 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CONOCO LOT 7, CENTENNIAL VALLEY PARCEL 'O', FILING NO. 3 WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of an Amendment to an Amended Final PUD Development Plan for Conoco on Lot 7, Centennial Valley Parcel 'O', Filing No. 3; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with condition, to be in compliance with the City of Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies, and previous approvals; and WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and WHEREAS, the applicant has not revised their application in response to Planning Commission recommended conditions and City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: 1. The pump identifiers shall not be internally illuminated; The proposed 'Car Wash' sign should be modified so it will not project more than &inches from the building as required by CDDSG standard 7.5. B.2; 3. The canopy accent band shall not be illuminated an& The downcast canopy light fixtures shall be modified to include shielding to prevent off-site glare, or replaced with revised fixtures as approved by staff. o The applicant shall be required to submit a photometric plan prior to modification or replacement of canopy fixtures. A second photometric shall be completed by the applicant, and submitted to the City upon completion of the required fixture modifications. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amendment to an Amended Final PUD Development Plan for Lot 7, Centennial Valley Parcel 'O', Filing No. 3.
