WHE REAS , certain property owners in the City of Louisville have requested that a right-of-way running along their property be vacated to them; and, WHEREAS, the City Staff and the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville have determined that such vacation would not be in conflict with the goals and operation of the City of Louisville; NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'r ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described right-of-way, to-wit: - The North 11. 00 feet of South Street lying adjacent to Lot 6 and Lot 12, Block 17, Caledonia Place, City of Louisville, County of Boulder, State of Colorado, being situated in the Northeast one-quarter of Section 6, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6 th P. M. , more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1 Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 12, with all bearings relative to the East-West center Section line of said Section 8 considered as bearing North 90000' 00" West; thence along the East right-of-way line of Main Street, South 00025'19" East, 11. 00 feet; thence South 90000'00" East, 150.00 feet to the West right-of-way line of an existing alley; thence along the West right-of-way line of said alley North 00025'19" West, 11. 00 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 12; thence along the South line of said Lot 12, North 90000'00" West, 150.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
