Approval of Agenda <br />• Unanimous approval <br />4. Approval of Minutes: March 12, 2025 <br />• Unanimous approval <br />5. 7:35 pm Staff Updates (5 Minutes) <br />• Minutes from Joint Board Meeting with Lafayette <br />• Comprehensive Plan Memo from OSAB to City Council <br />• Ember: <br />• New City Manager will tentatively be attending the June OSAB meeting. <br />• Schrieter property is under review by staff. <br />o OSAB property priority ranking has been given to staff, CM, and City <br />Council. <br />• New product is being used on trails that helps crusher fines gravel hold <br />together on steep grades. <br />• Trail counters are still in use and are being moved to new locations. <br />• Davidson Mesa had —190,000 visitors in 2024. <br />• Daniel participated in Junior Ranger volunteer event and had positive <br />feedback. It was poorly attended, and he has questions about how these <br />events are marketed and publicized. Ember said we can add a discussion <br />item to a future agenda and discuss it in more detail and OSAB can provide <br />feedback about the most effective ways to market and promote. <br />• Susan asked about whether City Council has read the memo that OSAB <br />submitted about the Comprehensive Plan. Ember said they have received it <br />to the best of her knowledge, but she doesn't know if it has been read or not. <br />6. 7:40 pm Board Updates (5 Minutes) <br />7. 7:45 pm Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda (5 minutes, more time <br />as needed) <br />• Cathern Smith spoke in favor of acquiring the Schrieter property and referenced <br />the Home Rule Charter and what it says about open space and open space <br />acquisition and thinks that this property meets this definition and criteria. <br />3 <br />
