Due to the LCC business park site
layout 600 Tech Ct. is at the far end of the access road, approximately 1,100 feet from the
public right of way along Dillon Road. The additional height will significantly improve
visibility and readability from a greater distance, enhancing safety and wayfinding for both
pedestrians and drivers. This modest increase is designed to maintain aesthetic harmony
with the surrounding environment while ensuring our business remains accessible and easy
to locate.
We respectfully request that the Planning Department consider this waiver at its earliest
convenience. We are available to attend a hearing or provide additional information as
needed.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
William Smith, AIA
Architect
1.
