<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE
<br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY
<br /> OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY
<br /> ZONING PROPERTY OF APPROXIMATELY 19
<br /> ACRES OWNED BY CHARLES CHRISTMAN,
<br /> ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY
<br /> ORDINANCE NO. 797.
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by
<br /> adopting Ordinance No. 797; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined.
<br /> .
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORD,~INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> Section l. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code,
<br /> entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to
<br /> include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in
<br /> accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below:
<br /> That portion of the West one half of the Northwest one quarter,
<br /> Northwest one quarter, Section 16, Township 1 South, Range 69 West,
<br /> 6th P. M. , described as follows:
<br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 16, thence S 0004l'57"W,
<br /> 50.00 feet, along the West line of said Section 16 to the Point of Beginning,
<br /> thence S 89059'32" E, 150.00 feet, thence S 004l'57"W, 683.00 feet,
<br /> thence S 440ll'00"W, 173.92 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of the
<br /> Colorado and Southern Railroad, thence N 240ll'24"W, 72.01 feet to the
<br /> West line of said Section 16, thence N 004l'57"E, 742.06 feet to the
<br /> Point of Beginning, containing 2.578 Acres, more or less.

<br /> The West one half of the Northwest one quarter, Northwest one quarter,
<br /> Section 16, Township 1 South, Range 69 West, 6th P.M. except the
<br /> following described parcel of land:
<br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 16, thence S 0004l'57"W,
<br /> 50.00 feet along the West line of said Section 16 to the Point of Beginning,
<br /> thence S 89059'32"E, 150.00 feet, thence S 004l'57"W, 683.00 feet,
<br /> thence S440ll'00" W, 173.92 feet to the Easterly right-of-way of the
<br /> Colorado and Southern RaiLroad, thence N 24011' 24"W, 72.01 feet to the
<br /> West line of said Section 16, thence N 0041'57" E, 742.06 feet to the
<br /> Point of Beginning; also except a strip of land 100 feet wide, being
<br /> 50.00 feet on each side of the main track of the Colorado and Southern
<br /> Railroad as said track is now constructed over and across such land;
<br /> also except right-of-way for roads and ditches and except mineral
<br /> rights and right to enter and remove same; also except an easement 2 rods
<br /> wide in favor of the Colorado Wyoming Gas Company, containing 16.356 Acres
<br /> more or less, Boulder County,' Colorado.
