~ ..:.. J , ORDINANCE NO. 799 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHPATER 17.28 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN GUIDELINES. WHEREAS, the Planning Staff and Planning Commission of the City of Louisville believe design guidelines should be established with respect to planned unit development; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville believes that t he'fo 11 owinggu ld e 1 i nes are appropriate and should be established. 'f"; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF L'OUISV ILLE, COLORADO. :Section 1 . Section 17.28.120(B) of' the Louisville ,----- - Municipal Code is tl€reby repealed. Section 2. The following sections shall be added to - Section 17.28.120, Ti. t le 1 7 of the Louisville Municipa;l Code; 17-.28.120 B. The following list of criteria and guidelines -~' ,/ will be reviewed by, the City iJ'l determining whether a p'ro j e c t shall be approved as a Planned Un i t Development.
