<br />ORDINANCE NO. 800 <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13.24 <br />OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE BY <br />INCREASING TAP FEES AND SEWER SERVICE <br /> <br /> <br />WHERAS, the City Staff has reviewed the existing method <br /> <br />utilized by the City in calculating costs of sewer taps and the <br />price to be charged for said taps; <br /> <br />WHERAS, it has been determined that the method used to <br /> <br />calculate said costs should be modified; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1 . Section 13.24.030 of Title 130f the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is hereby repealed ,\. <br />Section 2. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 13.24 of Title 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br />13.24.030 Tap Fee <br />A. The tap fee for residential uses shall be computed as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Single family dwellings, two thousand one hundred <br />dollars per unit; <br />2. Multiple family dwellings, two thousand one hundred <br />dollars for the first tap purchased; one thousand fifty <br />dollars for each subsequent tap purchased ror a single <br />project. <br />3. Mobile home park, two thousand one hundred dollars per <br />uni t. <br /> <br />B.
