<br /> ., , <br /> OnDINANCE NO. 801 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> ENTITLED "ZONING" BY REZONING A PARCEL OF <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> LOCATED NORTH OF PINE STREET, WEST OF SOUTH <br /> PARK AND SOUTH! OF HILLSBOROUGH WEST. <br /> WHEREAS, the Ci ty of Louisville had previously zoned <br /> certain real property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Ci ty of Louisville has received an application <br /> from Mc Stain Enterprises, requesting that said property be rezoned; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the application, the City <br /> Council has considered whether said real property should be rezoned; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1 . That Chapter 17.04, Section 17.04.050 of the <br /> Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall <br /> be amended to rezone the following described property and that each <br /> tract shall be rezoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after <br /> the description below: <br /> A parcel of land located in the Southeast one quarter of <br /> Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.
