<br /> ORDINANCE NO. 803 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1 7 OF THE <br /> OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY REZONING <br /> A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE SOUTH OF COLORADO <br /> HIGHWAY 42 AND ADJACENT TO THE <br /> BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> WHEREAS, the Ci ty of Louisville had previously zoned <br /> certain real property; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of LouiSville has received an application <br /> from the owner thereof, the Ci ty of Louisville, requesting that said <br /> property be rezoned; and, <br /> WHERE'AS, after a review of the apPlication, the City <br /> Counc i 1 has considered whether said real property should be rezoned; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1 .
