<br /> .;; r~: ;~ , <br /> '1" /1' ~', .\ <br /> ORDINA.NCE NO. 810 <br /> --- <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 2, CHAPTER 2.68 OF <br /> THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING POSITION <br /> CLASSIFICATIONS, SALA.RY SCHEDULES, ENTRANCE <br /> SALARY, ADVANCEMENT WITHIN A PAY RANGE AND COST <br /> OF LIVING INCREASES. <br /> WHEREAS, The continuing rise in the cost of living index <br /> makes it necessary to review the pay schedules and employee class- <br /> ification for employees of the City of Louisville, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council desires to pay a competitive <br /> salary rate necessary for comparable work in other public and private <br /> employment in the area; and hire and maintain a quality work force <br /> necessary to provide the quality of services expected by the citizenry; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the changes <br /> set forth below be made with respect to salary increases and <br /> cost of living increases. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. Sections 2.68.050, 2.68.060, 2.68.070 and <br /> 2.68.080 of Tit1e~of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby <br /> repealed. <br /> Section 2.
