<br /> ., I <br /> ,t .,i':;'~- <br /> / ':;/e:.~ <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 811 <br /> - <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1 3 OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING <br /> WATER TAP FEES WITHIN THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE. <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined by City Staff that the <br /> current procedure used to figure water tap fees should be updated; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the tap fees <br /> be increased to meet current expenditures. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1 . Sections 13.12.030 (c ) and 13.12.040 of Title <br /> - <br /> 1 3 of the Louisville Munic ipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2 . The following sections are hereby added to <br /> Title 13, Chapter 13.12 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 13.12.030 Sizing of Water Meters and Service Lines <br /> C. The amount of the tap fee for residential units shall <br /> be the greater of either of the folloHing: <br /> 1 . The amount determined by use of procedures <br /> set out in the Un i form Plumbing Code as set <br /> forth in this section; or, <br /> 2 . Five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for the <br /> first multi-family unit in a multi-family <br /> project and two thousand five hundred dollars <br /> ($2,500.00) for' each additional unit <br /> thereafter. <br /> 13.12.040 Tap Fee - Table B <br /> A.
