Densities proposed for residential areas within the <br /> rezoned area, especially areas designated for single family <br /> development, are not appropriate but are too extensive. <br /> 7 . The proposed rezoning has an adverse impact upon future <br /> development of the City's recreation center and drainage within the <br /> area. <br /> 8.
