RESOLUTION NO. 35 SERIES 1998 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR THE MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN ON LOT 4, COAL CREEK BUSINESS PARK WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of a Final PUD Development Plan and a Special Review Use for a Marriott Residence Inn on Lot 4, Coal Creek Business Park; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Special Review Use have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies, and previous approvals; and WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development Plan and Special Review Use, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with conditions; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan and Special Review Use should be approved, with the following conditions: That a sample board is submitted as an official public record of the materials and colors approved for this building; o That the photometric site lighting plan is revised to reinstate all bollard lights shown on the site plan and that two additional bollard lights are added at each of the three building entries along the west elevation; o That the location of soffit light fixtures be limited to building entries only and that the wattage of those fixtures is reduced to 40 watts; and That no illumination is allowed for the cabinet 'Marriott' sign on the north building elevation. 5. The use of sport court lighting be prohibited between the hours of 10 P.M. and 7A.M. o Amend the PUD landscape plan to reflect the amount of hardscape coverage which is being considered as part of the overall landscape coverage. 7. Provide a mixture of Clematis and Trumpet Vine as vine covering on the sport court fence.
