<br /> ORDINANCE NO.826 <br /> ~ <br /> AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING <br /> INDECENT EXPOSURE WITHIN <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE. <br /> WHEREAS, the Louisville Municipal Code does not currently <br /> have an ordinance which specifically prohibits the act of indecent <br /> exposure; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has <br /> determined that it is in the best interests of the City of Louisville <br /> to prevent indecent exposure. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LOUISVILLE CITY <br /> COUNCIL: <br /> Section 1 . That the following section is hereby added to <br /> - <br /> the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 9.32.035 Indecent Exposure <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to indecently expose <br /> himself or herself.
