RESOLUTION NO. 34 <br />SERIES 1998 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br /> A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR A QUALITY INN AND SUITES ON <br />LOT 2, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL H <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for a Quality Inn and Suites on Lot 2, Centennial <br />Valley, Parcel H; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, with conditions, to be in compliance with <br />the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, related policies, and previous approvals; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with <br />conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has revised their application in response to Planning <br />Commission recommended conditions and City Council finds that said Final PUD Development <br />Plan should be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />That it is noted on the PUD plans that the proposed flags will be either official U.S. or <br />Colorado State flags; <br /> <br />That the wall mounted sign and logo on the gable over the main entry on the west facing <br />building elevation is relocated to the building wall immediately south of the Porte cochere, <br />and that the west elevations in the PUD set are revised to reflect a brick treatment rather <br />than an EFIS treatment on that gable element; <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The illumination level reflected on the photometric plan for the Porte cochere entry shall <br />be modified so as to not exceed the lowest footcandle level currently in place for the other <br />three hotels on Parcel H. The wall mounted fixtures at the entry modified to be downcast <br />and shielded. <br /> <br />The PUD and photometric plans shall be revised to eliminate all architectural up lighting <br />along the south building elevation. The two, ground mounted (DD Fixtures, IOOMH) <br />fixtures located on the west elevation are authorized as shown on the photometric dated <br />12.5.97. <br /> <br /> <br />
