<br /> ORDINANCE NO. 836 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5 OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING <br /> LICENSE FEES PAID FOR LIQUOR LI CENSES. <br /> WHEREAS, the State legislature has altered the statutes <br /> concerning the maximum amounts allowable for license fees for liquor <br /> licenses; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council believes said fees charged by the <br /> City should be increased. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1 . Section 5.08.040 of the Louisville Municipal <br /> Code is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2 . The following section is hereby added to <br /> - <br /> Chapter 5.08, Title 5 of the Louisville Mu n i c i p a I Code: <br /> 5.08.040 Fees - Application and Registration Fees <br /> The fOllowing license fees sh a II be paid to the City for <br /> all liquor licenses: <br /> A. Each application for a new license filed with the Ci ty <br /> Council shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount of <br /> $450.00. <br /> B. Each application for a transfer of location or <br /> ownership of an existing license shall be accompanied by a transfer <br /> fee in the amount of $250.00. <br /> C. Each application for a renewal of an existing license <br /> shall be accompanied by a renewal fee of $50.00. <br /> D .
