PLISKA ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. ?39and No. i''T'o, WHEREAS, the City of Louisville, has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. and No. ; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1 . That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described pro- perty and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below. A tract of land located in the SW1/4 of the SW 1 /4 of Section 6, T1S, R69W of the 6th P. M. , County of Boulder, State of Colorado, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Sec- tion 6, thence N89032'15"E, 438.94 feet along the South line of the SW1/4 of said Section 6 to the Southwest corner of replat of Continental View Estates, a subdivision in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, according to the recorded plat thereof; thence NOo054'55"W, 170.23 feet along the Westerly line of said replat of Continental View Es ta tes to a point of curve to the right; thence Northerly, 130.43 feet along the Westerly line of said replat of Continental View Estates and along the arc of said curve to the South line of that tract of land as described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 1 1 1 8 at Page 223 of the records of Boulder County, Colorado, said arc having a radius of 411.96 feet, a central angle of 18008'20" and being subtended by a chord that bears NO 8 009 ' 1 5 "E , 129.88 feet; thence N89043'10"W, 125.57 feet along the South line of that tract of land as described in said Book 1 1 1 8 at Page 223 to the True Point of Beginning; Th e nee NOo055'00"W, :214.61 feet to the Northerly line of that tract of land as described in said Book 1 1 1 8 at Page 223; Th en c e N63038'00"W, 140.91 feet along the Northerly line of that tract of land as described in said Book 1 1 1 8 a'" Page 223 to the Northwest 'v corner thereof;
