RESOLUTION NO. 45 <br />SERIES 2025 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROPOSAL AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH <br />PURELINE TREATMENT SYSTEMS <br />WHEREAS, a proposal and Purchase Agreement between the City and PureLine <br />Treatment Systems, Inc. has been prepared for the purchase of equipment for the <br />Howard Berry and the Sid Copeland Water Treatment Plants Chlorine Dioxide Feed <br />Systems Replacement Project (the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, by this resolution the City Council desires to approve the proposal and <br />contract and to authorize additional contingency for the Project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the proposal and Purchase <br />Agreement by and between the City of Louisville and PureLine Treatment Systems, Inc. <br />for the Project (the "Agreement") in substantially the same form as the copy of such <br />Agreement accompanying this Resolution. <br />Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the <br />Agreement on behalf of the City, and the Mayor is hereby further authorized to negotiate <br />and approve such revisions to the Agreement as the Mayor determines are necessary or <br />desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the essential terms and conditions of <br />the Agreement are not altered. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2025. <br />ATTEST: <br />G. <br />Genny Kline, Interim City Clerk <br />ChristopI eVM.
