There are no Contract Documents other than those listed above in this Article 6. The Contract Documents may only be amended, modified, or supplemented as provided in paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the General Conditions. Article 7. Miscellaneous 7.1. Terms used in this Agreement, which are defined in Article 1 of the General Conditions, shall have the meanings indicated in the General Conditions. 7.2. No assignment by a party hereto of any rights under or interests in the Contract Documents will be binding on another party hereto without the written consent of the party sought to be bound; and specifically but without limitation, moneys that may become due and moneys that are due may not be assigned without such consent (except to the extent that the effect of this restriction may be limited by law), and unless specifically stated to the contrary in any written consent to an assignment no assignment will release or discharge that assignor from any duty or responsibility under the Contract Documents. 7.3. OWNER and CONTRACTOR each binds itself, its partners, successors, assigns and legal representatives to the other party hereto, its partners, successors, assigns and legal representatives in respect to all covenants, agreements and obligations contained in the Contract Documents. 7.4. OWNER AND CONTRACTOR consent to the use of electronic signatures on the Contract Documents. This Agreement, and any other Contract Documents requiring a signature hereunder, may be signed electronically by the Parties in the manner specified under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, Title 24, Article 71.3, Part 1, C.R.S.; provided that, electronic records of, and electronic signatures on, any required bonds, including required Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and Warranty Bonds, must be acceptable to the Contractor's selected surety. The Parties agree not to deny the legal effect or enforceability of a Contract Document solely because the document is in electronic form or because an electronic record was used in its formation.
