Council may also choose to not pursue a work plan, which could <br />create a challenging lack of clarity in council priorities for staff and the community, having <br />wide-ranging implications. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends council provide direction on 2026 priorities. <br />ATTACHMENT(S): <br />1.
