<br /> RESOLUTION NO. Q <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and Planning Commission of the <br />City of Louisville have previously approved a Special Review Use <br />allowing construction of the f"lontessori School within the City of <br />Louisville; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville <br />supports the construction of said project; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council would be cooperative in working <br />with the property owners with respect to alternative proposals in the <br />event the Montessori School becomes unsuccessful; and, <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, that the City Council would consider <br />other uses which are compatible with the surrounding areas such as <br />small office development, provided such development would be subject <br />to a review by the Planning Commission and City Council as a Special <br />Review Use. <br /> Passed and adopted this /7~day of 9~;b , <br />1984. <br /> ~ J!.ft?"..I4- <br /> Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />C2.6.A /1? ~~ <br />City Clerk <br />
