<br /> ) ~~) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 31 <br /> Series 1984 <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the Special Review Use for Sebring <br /> Headlines. <br /> WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City <br /> Council a Special Review Use Application by Phil Lohman for 1341 <br /> Cannon Street, Louisville, Colorado; and, <br /> WHEREAS, all materials related to the Special Review Use <br /> have been reviewed by the City Staff and Planning Commission and <br /> found to be in compliance with the Louisville Zoning Ordinances, Sub- <br /> division Regulations and related policies; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing con- <br /> cerning said Special Review Use, the Planning Commission determined <br /> that said Use was acceptable. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the <br /> City of Louisville, Colorado, does hereby approve the Special Review <br /> Use for Sebrign Headlines. <br /> Passed and adopted th is 20th day of November, 1984. <br /> ~ti~ <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> (!h-A M. ~~~ <br /> City Clerk <br />
